All merchandise returns must have prior approval.
Returns are accepted for the following two reasons:
#1. The product was delivered damaged, broken or defective.
#2. The wrong product was shipped/delivered.
Please contact us ASAP, take pictures of the shipping box or package, packing materials and the damage to the product.
