Refund Policy

RKG Refund Policy

The product must be retuned before a refund can be issued, unless the merchandise was originally lost in transit. Please see RKG Return Policy.

Refunds are issued for the following three reasons:
#1. The product was delivered damaged, broken or defective.
#2. The wrong product was shipped/delivered.
#3. Product not delivered, lost in transit.

After the returned product is received we will initiate the refund process. The General Estimated refund process speed is approximately 4-9 business days, dependent upon the credit card processor and bank policies concerning refunds.
